The third week in July was swim week for Collins! MawMaw came and stayed with us so she could spend time with the kids. Taking them to the pool for lessons at 4pm was the excuse we used to get her to come!
Collins did great and had fun. His ears did fine and his earplugs stay put for the most part (two big concerns I had), but I guess water crept in somehow because he got an ear infection the next week. After some antibiotics and Rx drops, he's doing better. For now.
I worked every day of swim lessons and never took off to go to Coach Anne's house. We had plans of taking him swimming the next weekend or so, but never did. We are awful. But there's a beach trip coming up, so that's good!
Going out to eat a few times with MawMaw made it feel like vacation! On Saturday we all took Collins to a birthday party at CHOM, and the three girls had some shopping time downtown.
