Our sweet boy was baptized on Sunday, September 2, 2018. He started talking to us about wanting to be baptized after VBS at Chapel Hill this summer. We found a time to talk to Ben, show him what it would look like, and found a date that would work for our family. Both sets of grandparents were able to come as well as Maw (we missed Granny, Granddaddy, and Mimi), the Olivers, and even Bryan's mom and her husband and granddaughter who were in town visiting :) Coach Frank and his family were planning to come, too, but Mrs. Amber had gotten sick and had surgery the day before. Haylee was able to watch live because Mrs. Laynie did Facebook Live for us! We are so proud of him and his decision, and of course so very thankful and blessed.
