New Job

On October 27th, I said goodbye to a wonderful job at the UA Career Center (most recently the ECDC - Engineering Career Development Center)...

And on November 1st, I said hello to my new job with UA Online, part of OTIDE (Office of Technology Innovation and Digital Education). I am working with some new-to-me people and some people I've worked with in different ways through the years, and I know I'll gain some new skills in this role. Excited and grateful!

My sweet babies and husband treated me to some goodies after my first day. Plus, we had sushi to celebrate Collins making the middle school baseball team! Woo hoo!!

TG Sinus Surgery

Not very flattering pictures, but...I had surgery last Thursday and my family has been so sweet to me. Jake has been the best nurse, Mama cooked a meatloaf dinner (requested by Hadley) and took Had to the doctor when she was sick. We learned it was Strep...ugh. But she's already better. Collins cooked my eggs for me AND killed me a deer last night! :)

The Olivers brought flowers and a 'Tiffany-sized pound cake'!

They were laughing at a clip from "Diary of a Whimpy Kid" and I just love it!

Marley, Ruby, Had, and Jemma at Jemma's b-day party!

NaturePlex Field Trip

Jake and Hadley got to go on a field trip last Wednesday to NaturePlex in Millport, Alabama. They had to be at the school at 6:45am, so that put me out. haha!

Halloween

My pretty witch and my...freaky bunny. ha!

A little misplaced, but this is when she got off the bus that day. ha! I had just never taken a picture of her getting off the bus at this house yet!

Chance's first time being something other than the Hulk, haha!

Collins went with some friends to trick-or-treat in another neighborhood this year. Glad I got some pictures first!

Joie the bumble bee!

A random, faceless person who was following around his (?) kids while they trick-or-treated. ha!

Her hat kept blowing off!

I love that tree!

A couple of weeks before, Collins went with some friends to a haunted house. I wasn't feeling it, but he did fine it seems, ha!
