Friends

I've had these pics in my phone for a while now and finally decided to post them. We sure love all our wonderful friends! :)

Hudson and Mrs. Casey; Mrs. Ashley and Garrett Grace; Mrs. Lindsay and Kenzie; Collins and me at Garret Grace's first birthday party!
Love these ladies and their babies :)

Sweet babies whose hobbies include growing too fast.

Beth, Ashley, and me at Mallory and Chad's wedding 'shower' (party).

I got to hang out with Jessica and Lana in August!

More of a family pic than a friend pic, but just look how cute :)

Last weekend was Mallory and Chad's wedding!

My phone was set to the 'self portrait' feature when I handed it to Rebekah, so she indulged me :)

Sweet, beautiful friends: Rebekah, Ashley, and Beth

Jake and Landon wandered outside to sit and watch ESPN.

Kind of an action shot, of sorts.

With the bride!

One More Party Post

I promise, this is the last of the birthday party posts for Collins turning two. I make no excuses that I really, really love birthdays :)

Last Thursday and Friday, MawMaw came to keep Collins since she had some vacation time. It worked out great because Jake was out of town so we got to have some company. I had already taken off a few hours Thursday morning because Collins had his two year appointment scheduled. It was at 9:15am, so we were able to do cupcakes at school at 8:30 and it worked perfectly! I'm really glad my mom could be there for that. And Collins was glad that he didn't have to go to preschool except to eat a cupcake and listen to everyone sing to him :)

The kids were so cute. Amazing to me how they all sit there and calmly eat their snacks.

Miss Kathryn and Mrs. Anna are the BEST!

Collins' teachers made him this crown and scepter :)

Sesame Street Shindig!

We had Collins' birthday party two weekends ago on Saturday, September 22nd. It was a fun day celebrating our favorite two year old! Sesame Street was the theme since it was one of the only things I could think of that Collins could actually recognizes the characters.

MawMaw made the cake for us and exceeded my expectations, again! It was cute and tasted even better. It's special to have a cake made by your very own MawMaw :)

I was pleased with the decorations I ordered.
Cheap and cute. Just what I wanted!

The birthday boy loving on MawMaw after his nap!

Interestingly, the invitation features a picture of Collins with his finger in his mouth b/c it was the best I could find. Little did I know, he could carry out that 'theme' in most of his party pictures.

The first present he opened was a Sit-n-Spin from Aunt Tammy and Uncle Joe. He climbed right up and announced, "Top!" Everyone clapped, of course, so he did it a couple of more times :)

Mrs. Ashley and Garrett Grace checkin' out the backyard happenings.

MawMaw and PawPaw gave Collins cowboy boots!

"Look at my new boots, PawPaw!"

Grammy and Poppa gave Collins a tool set!

Fixin' stuff with Katie and "Meri Debba Dabis."

"Surprise! It's a tricycle from Mommy and Daddy!"

He blew out one of his candles all by himself!

I love this picture :)

Mrs. Casey and I weren't ready for this pic, but
Hudson and Collins are lookin' good!

Someone told Collins how to get to Sesame Street!

Love this one of Collins and Granny :)

Ian and Will woke up sick, but Mrs. Ellen still came to party!

John Rivers, Collins, and Walker...

...and their mommies :)
