Hadley's 3rd Birthday

Happy Birthday (yesterday) to our sweet, smart, cuddly, imaginative baby girl! Who is NOT a baby (and she'll tell you so). We love you so much, Haddie Boo, and are thankful you've been a part of our family for three wonderful years!

Surprise! Happy Birthday!

Yay for Peppa!

Hadley got a card, money, and a phone call/song from Mimi!

Loving on Collins for drawing her such pretty pictures.

Loves her necklace but will not wear it outside the house because somebody might get it!

She loves to look at the mushrooms. "Dat looks like a pantake!"

Mrs. Laura sent me a pic of Hadley getting to do the birthday jump (they count down from five and then jump and everyone claps). We've been at UCP for five years and this is the first I've ever heard of a birthday jump!

Happy Birthday, Miss Lindsey! ("Ne-Nes")

We were both able to surprise her at school after nap time!

Only a few friends were there today, so we have leftover cupcakes if anyone's interested.

Wearing her birthday 'crown'!

Burns thoroughly enjoyed his red cupcake!

All in the nose and everywhere :)

Heading home to see brother!

Hadley chose Chick-fil-A for her birthday supper (again)!

Enjoying ice cream after playing.

At her three-year check-up, Hadley weighed 30.6 pounds (46th percentile) and was 37.7 inches tall (61st percentile).

Jake's 5K

Jake ran in his first 5K on Saturday, August 20th! I'm so proud of him. It was Coach Scott Cochran's 'Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah' run to raise awareness and benefit patients of cystic fibrosis. We were thankful for an overcast morning, even if it was very humid!

Ran into Mrs. Terry Saban!

Jake and his co-worker, Chad

Hadley says the third quarter is important too, especially when you're about to be three years old ;)

Finally got that fourth finger!
