First Day...Again

Today is the kids' first day of in-person school! They started out all virtual. Then they added in an hour of in-person instruction on some days (Hadley went Monday through Thursday and Collins went Tuesday and Thursday). Now they do two days a week in person (our group goes Wednesday and Thursday) for three weeks, and the hope is to be full-time in-person after those three weeks. They were a little nervous, but mostly excited (well, Hadley anyway)!

Had and Harp

We finally got to see Harper at church on Sunday!

Two weeks before, our first time back in church:

Sweet Mrs. Nancy!

Collins' T*E*N*T*H Birthday

Cannot believe I have a ten-year-old. How and when did that happen? Gosh, I love that Collins David and am so thankful for him. I always wanted him and God gave me the desires of my heart!

Hadley let him use her favorite koozie because it says "Our 10th Birthday" on it :)

Opening his cards from Maw and Granny! Aunt Tammy and Uncle Joe sent one, too!

Bass Pro gift card! When do we go shopping?!

Not pictured, but Mrs. Mary Loyd gave him a bag of bait!

Lunch outside since it feels so good! They are doing school at home on Mondays (his bday), Tuesdays, and Fridays. He was glad about no school on his birthday!

Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Haylee (and Chance) gave him lights for his bicycle wheels and an Arms Family Homestead shirt! This is one of his favorite YouTube channels. They live in OK on a farm and go fishing a lot!

Wrestling with Patrick and David.

Dinner outside too. He requested sushi from Hokkaido!

In case there was ever a question about who's the most fierce in our family! lol!

A little bit of a cake fail, but at least there were candles and singing!

On the Saturday before, MawMaw and PawPaw came to visit and gave him a hoovie cart for his hoverboard! I tried it and it's fun, but it would take me a long time to really get the hang of driving it. Not Collins!

Collins' Surprise Party

I can't believe we pulled off a surprise party at Super Skate for this sweet boy! I was certain a kid would find out and spill the beans, but I think most of the parents had the same fear so didn't tell them until the last minute! I'm very thankful no one broke a bone or got a concussion, too. I forgot how scary skating is, ha!

He said, "That scared me to death!"

Rex, John Rivers, Mason, Britain, Collins, and Charlie

Kurt, Thatcher, Patrick?, Grayson, David?, and Collins

Lynley and Hadley

Playing "Wipe Out"!

She impressed me! Yet, never let go of that 'helper' once she got it!

Chad and Jake. I mean Charlie and Collins ;)

Back home opening presents...racked up!
