Hadley's Tonsillectomy

We said goodbye to tonsils (and tonsil stones!) on Friday, October 2nd! Hadley did a great job and so did Dr. Loftin :)

Getting there at 6am!

The anesthesiologist telling her about the 'big green balloon' he needed help blowing up :)

Talking with Dr. Loftin and some of the nurses.

Sweet baby right after surgery. She cried a little because of the medicine, but quickly fell asleep and felt much better after a short nap.

Removing drip so we can go home!

Daddy bought her flowers and a balloon!

Flowers (and Italian ice) from our neighbors, Maddie and Courtney :)

Mr. Bryan also brought her a chocolate/peanut butter treat!

Faking, but she really did take it easy the next several days! And her lips are blue because of a popsicle :)

Birthday Celebration at the Lake

We celebrated Hadley, Poppa, Grammy, and Collins last weekend at the lake. H is late August and everybody else has September b-days. We had fun, ate cake, rode in the new golf cart, and C caught a big bass! He tried to trick us by pouting about not catching anything...only Daddy caught three small bass. And then he pulled out a monster from the live well!

Got another gift card to Bass Pro!

And an enormous net to leave there!

Hadley got new earrings! They are beautiful peridots, her birthstone!

Uncle Terry picked out some of Pop's things and wanted Collins to have them.

Just now noticing his arm looks like Frankenstien here.

During their adventure on the other side of the lake with Grammy!

Sassy!

and Silly!

Excited to run and tell everyone he caught a big catfish!

Last morning there!

Jake is demonstrating how Collins' fish could swallow the ones he caught...and it about did! Almost didn't get them out!
