Fourth of July

Grammy and Poppa came to visit for the Fourth weekend. Jake grilled, we relaxed, we shopped at Wal-Mart, and some of us (thanks, Grammy, for keeping Hadley!) went to see the Fireworks on the River show. It was fun!

Collins wanted to shake the Marine's hand!

Sitting by himself because he's so big.

Collins and Jake buying popcorn and a drink.

He told me, "I'm not scared at all; it's not even loud to me." ;)

Before church the next day.

"Heeeyyy!"

This was at preschool earlier in the week. Collins put Hadley's bow in for her!

Collins showed Grammy and me all the things he wants for his birthday. He also used some of his money to buy a new toy.

And Hadley chose a new ball for her toy, and sat down right then to play!

Mississippi Memories

The kids spent the weekend in Mississippi a few weeks ago and had fun with MawMaw and PawPaw! They got to go to Clarkco (state park) and play where we used to play growing up...except the playground has come a long way since then!

Not happy about having to come inside!

Playing in the lake!

Before church at Mont Rose

I love these pictures! Maw got to hold Hadley in the nursery since no one else she knows was in there (according to Maw, that's the only reason; really it's because Hadley knows Maw is awesome)!

Father's Day

June 21st was Father's Day! Collins couldn't wait that long to give a gift to his daddy, so he delivered it to him as soon as we got home that Friday. Part of it was a candy bar, which Collins gave to Jake and said, "Daddy, can we share?"

Collins also gave him a precious fill-in-the-blank thing that is also hilarious, and a poem with his footprints. I love those kinds of things! Hadley "made" him a coffee mug :)

These babies have no idea how blessed they are to have such a wonderful daddy!
