Another thing we got on Jake's birthday...a new puppy! It just worked out to pick her up on his bday. He actually discovered her by talking to one of the ladies who cuts hair at the barber shop. We went and met her several weeks ago and have now had her a week. She has grown a lot in just that short amount of time! Nights are difficult because she's still so young (9 weeks), but she's so very sweet and you can tell she wants to please us. We've moved her to a crate next to our bed and that helps during the night. Our sweet Lexi girl!
